Great opportunity: we are hiring a joiner in Hernando County, Florida. You will work at a shopfitting company. On a typical shift you will finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. You should have: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
