Now hiring: we are hiring a press operator in Muya, Niger State. You will work at an auto components factory. The role involves: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 4+ years on the tools preferred.
