Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Collier County, Florida. You will work in a bread factory. You will score the top of loaves before baking; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
