Abattoir worker — Bunkure

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Bunkure, Kano State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
