Bakery assistant wanted in Ikwerre

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Ikwerre, Rivers State. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
