Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Gombe, Gombe State. The role involves rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
