Commis chef wanted in Bee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Bee County, Texas. The job is at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Six days a week, one day off. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
