You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
