Cook — Orelope

Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Orelope, Oyo State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time, day shift.
