Cake decorator — Owan East

Now hiring: we are hiring a cake decorator in Owan East, Edo. The role involves: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
