Sheet metal press operator — Klamath County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Klamath County, Oregon. You will be based on the press shop floor. The role involves record output and downtime on the production sheet; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Six days a week, one day off.
