Immediate opening: we are hiring a deboner in Mokwa, Niger State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. The role involves: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 3+ years on the tools preferred.
