Gantry crane operator — Orhionmwon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Orhionmwon, Edo. The job is in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans You will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports.
