Hand presser • Jaba, Kaduna State

Now hiring: we are hiring a hand presser in Jaba, Kaduna State. You will be based at a garment factory. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day to day you will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; give each garment a final press before packing; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦85,000 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
