Urgent requirement: rigger (Imo State)

Join our team: we are hiring a rigger in Nwangele, Imo State. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. The role involves: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
