Restaurant steward — Atlantic County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Atlantic County, New Jersey. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Six days a week, one day off.
