Vacancy available: we are hiring a retail butcher in Degema, Rivers State. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
