Vacancy available: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Lee County, Florida. The job is in a tailoring workshop. The role involves shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Full-time, day shift.
