Bakery assistant • Lorain County, Ohio

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Lorain County, Ohio. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Score the top of loaves before baking We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
