Baker wanted in Lee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Lee County, Texas. You will be based at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
