Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading The role involves punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; record output and downtime on the production sheet; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
