Meat cutter — Kanke

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kanke, Plateau State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On the job you will handle: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler We offer ₦8,000 per day plus benefits.
