Meat cutter — Brewster County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Brewster County, Texas. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
