Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Ideato South, Imo State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
