Day to day you will fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. You should bring a good head for heights for tower crane work; able to read load charts and lifting plans. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
