Bread baker wanted in Carson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Carson County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
