Immediate opening: fusing press operator (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Knowsley, England. You will work at a textile finishing unit. Day to day you will fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
