Steam press operator — Anka

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steam press operator in Anka, Zamfara State. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure. You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₦160,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
