Head baker wanted in Hartlepool

Now hiring: we are hiring a head baker in Hartlepool, England. The job is in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
