Die-casting operator — Ughelli North

Now hiring: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Ughelli North, Delta State. You will work at an aluminium die-casting plant. Day to day you will pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
