Lathe programmer-operator • Yala, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Yala, Cross River State. You will work in a job-work machining unit. You will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; load and index turning tools in the turret; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. You should have: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
