Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time with occasional weekends.
