Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking 3+ years on the tools preferred.
