Bread baker wanted in Morrison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Morrison County, Minnesota. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
