Urgent requirement: we are hiring a banquet server in Fufore, Adamawa State. What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts On a typical shift you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
