Kitchen porter wanted in Ipokia

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Ipokia, Ogun State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
