Press operator — Ikwerre

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Ikwerre, Rivers State. The job is at an auto components factory. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦300,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
