Framing carpenter • Katcha, Niger State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Katcha, Niger State. The job is at a shopfitting company. On a typical shift you will apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. What we are looking for: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience Pay around ₦205,000 per month, based on your experience.
