Now hiring: we are hiring a garment presser in Coryell County, Texas. You will work at a textile finishing unit. Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; give each garment a final press before packing; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment 4+ years on the tools preferred.
