Milling machine operator wanted in Manatee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Manatee County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade 2+ years on the tools preferred.
