Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing presser in Andoni, Rivers State. Ideal candidate: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Day-to-day duties: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
