Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
