Immediate opening: restaurant steward (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Hill County, Texas. You will work at a rooftop bar and grill. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) Meals and transport allowance provided.
