Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideally you have able to lift 25 kg flour sacks; familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; 2+ years' experience as a baker. Full-time with occasional weekends.
