Finishing presser wanted in Oglethorpe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing presser in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. You will be based in a busy laundry. On the job you will handle: • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
