Join our team: we are hiring a prep cook in Albasu, Kano State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Rotating shifts.
