Fry cook — Karbi Anglong

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Karbi Anglong, Assam. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should bring able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies; able to stand for long shifts and work in heat; able to read and follow recipes and dockets. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
