Head butcher — Collin County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Collin County, Texas. You will be based at a halal meat counter. On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
