Baker — Ajingi

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Ajingi, Kano State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
