Café server • Kiru, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a café server in Kiru, Kano State. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Requirements: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager.
